About the Policy
The La Habra Ticket Distribution Policy was adopted on August 2, 2010, amended by Resolution No. 5774 on October 17, 2016, and by Resolution No. 5953 on June 15, 2020. This policy was developed in compliance with California Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) Regulation 18944.1.
The purpose of the policy is to ensure that all tickets the City receives from public and private entities and individuals are distributed for governmental and/or public purposes. For more information, please review the
