Summer Passport Program

Join the Community Services Department at our FREE summer events and participate in our Summer Passports program, which is designed for elementary and middle school students, who can win prizes for participating!  Visit the La Habra Community Center (101 W. La Habra Blvd.) or the Children's Museum (301 S. Euclid St.) or the Information Booth/Desk at any of our summer events to pick up your passport and earn prizes!  Collect a stamp at every event you attend; prizes are available after every five stamps earned and can be picked up at the La Habra Community Center or the Children's Museum at La Habra, 301 S. Euclid St. 

The first event will be the Party in the Park, with parties to be held at both Oeste Park (2300 W. Lambert Rd.) and Brio Park (300 S. Euclid St.) on May 28th, 10 a.m.-12 p.m., in conjunction with the opening of the splash pads. Other special events include Movies in the Park, Concerts in the Park, 4th of July, Cool Cops, National Night Out, special events at the Children's Museum & more!

Special Event Overflow Parking

The City of La Habra has overflow parking available at 107 E. La Habra Boulevard. The entrance is off E. First Avenue, 1 block south of La Habra Boulevard and just east of Euclid Street. This overflow parking serves events held at:

  • Brio Park
  • Children's Museum at La Habra
  • Citrus Fair
  • Civic Center
  • Corn Festival
  • La Habra Community Center
  • Portola Park
