Writing A Thank You Note

After the interview, grab a business card from the interviewer, or remember their name and jot it down on your cheat sheet immediately after you leave the room. Now you are ready to send a "Thank-you" note. When sending your note, thank the interviewer for their time, and restate the reason why you are qualified for the job. Make it brief, though. Use a plain notecard, or sheet of paper – avoid stationary with cartoon characters, or the "Hang In There" cat.
