City Building Maintenance

The City of La Habra's Building Maintenance Division is committed to providing maintenance services to assure clean, safe and functionally operative facilities. The Department provides the maintenance and operation services for over twenty-six (26) City-owned and leased facilities, approximately 165,000 square feet of building space. These buildings include City Hall, the Community Center, the Police Department, the Public Works Maintenance Yard, child development centers, and rental and leased facilities. Services provided include facility mechanical services, maintenance and repair of heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems, servicing and repair of building hardware, electrical, plumbing, wall, ceiling and floor finishes, roofing, carpeting, painting, carpentry services, and janitorial services. The division also oversees the City's elevator, custodial and HVAC contracts.
