The City of La Habra will hold its annual 4th of July Celebration on Wednesday, July 4th, 4:00-9:45 pm. Please note that the event will be held at a new location, La Bonita Park, 1440 W. Whittier Blvd. Gates open at 4:00 pm, and the fireworks show begins at 9 pm. Admission to the event includes live entertainment by the Soto band, a kids' zone that includes a balloon artist, face painting, a giant slide, obstacle course, and game booths. There will be a variety of food vendors at the event, or guests can bring their own food and beverages, however, alcohol and glass containers are NOT permitted. Pre-sale wristbands for the event will go on sale on June 1st at the Community Center, 101 W. La Habra Blvd., Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm. Pre-sale wristband prices are $5 per adult (ages 13+ yrs.) and $3 per child (ages 3-12 yrs.). On the day of the event, wristband prices will be $7 per adult (ages 13+ yrs.) and $5 per child (ages 3-12 yrs.) Children under 3 years old are always free.
