[ARCHIVED] 4th of July Celebration to Include Military Flyover


This year's 4th of July Celebration will include a military C-17 flyover at 7:57 p.m., in addition to the usual activities. It's a pretty amazing sight! Gates for the 4th of July Celebration open at 5:00 p.m., and the fireworks are at 9:15 p.m. Other activities include live musical entertainment by Soto, a FREE Kid's Zone that includes a balloon artist, face painting, a giant slide, obstacle course and inflatable games. There will also be a variety of food and other vendors. You can still purchase pre-sale wristbands at the La Habra Community Center, Wednesday and Thursday, July 1st and 2nd, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Pre-sale prices are $5 for adults (ages 13 years & older) and $3 per child (ages3-12 years). Prices at the gate will be $7 for adults and $4 per child. For more information, please contact the Community Center at 562-383-4200.
