The City of La Habra (Lead Agency) hereby requests comments on the Partially Recirculated Draft Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the Rancho La Habra Specific Plan (project), located on the current site of the Westridge Golf Club at 1400 South La Habra Hills Drive.
Portions of the Draft EIR are being recirculated for a 57-day public review period commencing on November 22, 2019. Copies of the Draft EIR are available at La Habra City Hall, at the City Clerk and Community Development Department counters, located at 110 East La Habra Boulevard, La Habra, CA 90631, as well as at the La Habra branch of the Orange County Public Library at 221 East La Habra Boulevard, La Habra, CA 90631, and on the City's website at www.lahabraca.gov.
