TEMPORARILY CLOSURE BEGINNING MARCH 17
As a precautionary measure due to COVID-19 we will be temporarily closing our doors from Tuesday, March 17 thru Tuesday March 31. While there have been no known or suspected cases of COVID-19 on our site, CMLH is following recommendations based on city officials who tell us that limiting large gatherings is the most important action we can take for the health and safety of our communities. During this time, LHCM will conduct deep cleaning of our exhibits and spaces. The Museum will continue to monitor the quickly evolving situation and will re-evaluate the situation and issue an update on or before March 28, 2020.
The opening of our exhibit American Native: First Nations Tales will be postponed to a later time. All programs and events that were scheduled to take place through April 4, 2020 will be postponed.
In the meantime we look forward to providing different opportunities for learning through our digital platforms and continuing to provide quality educational opportunities for children via our social medias.
We thank our community for your support and patience during this time and we will update our members and guests with more information as it becomes available.
