Cynthia was promoted to the position of Code Enforcement Supervisor in July of 2022. One of Cynthia’s strengths is her customer service skills she has developed over the past twenty-five years in the public and private sectors. In 2009, after spending a number of years in the private sector, she moved into the public sector as a Code Enforcement Inspector for the City of La Habra, where she found her professional home. Cynthia likes to communicate with and educate the residents and business owners of La Habra to help them better understand the Municipal Code. She is a Certified Code Enforcement Officer through the California Association of Code Enforcement Officers, possesses a number of professional certificates and has over twelve years of experience as a code enforcement inspector. Some of Cynthia’s hobbies include golfing, working out and spending time with her family and dogs.
