Vanessa Quiroz joined the City of La Habra in October 2022. She has over seven years of experience in current and long-range planning and has worked for the cities of San Marino, Monrovia, and Arcadia. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and her Master’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of California, Irvine. Vanessa enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and exploring new restaurants and finding great foods to eat.
