Complete Streets Master Plan

Complete Streets are streets for everyone. They are designed and operated to enable safe access for all users, including pedestrians, bicyclists, motorists and transit riders of all ages and abilities. Complete Streets make it easy to cross the street, walk to shops, and bicycle to work. They allow buses to run on time and make it safe for people to walk to and from various destinations.

The City of La Habra recently completed the Complete Streets Master Plan and has the document open for a 30 day windows public review period. You can download the document with the links below and review at your leisure or stop by either the City Hall (110 E. La Habra Boulevard) or the Library (221 E. La Habra Boulevard) and review a hard copy. After this 30 day public review period, the final document will be presented to the City Council for adoption on Monday, February 18, 2019 at 6:30 pm at the City Council Chambers (100 E. La Habra Boulevard).

We'd love your feedback, please email comments to Michael Plotnik before February 1, 2019 to be sure they are addressed and incorporated into the document.

Please be patient as these are large documents (Original is approximately 65 MB and Small is approximately 36 MB).
