TAI CHI

Tai Chi is an ancient marital art that has many health benefits. Using right and left limbs creates new pathways in the brain and slowly increases stamina, balance, flexibility and posture. Learning to be calm and centered helps to release the body’s life force (chi), while aligning acupuncture points within the movements is actually self-massage of the internal organs. Most amazing is feeling the chi make connections that release endorphins, which creates relaxation while increasing the energy level, while the endorphins wash through the whole body easing pain, tensions, and adjusting the joints and muscles to their proper positions.  No need to register; just sign in on the daily sign in sheet when you attend.
