All plan submittal applications can be applied through the City’s Online Portal.  To apply online you must first register on the Customer Self Service Online Portal.  Follow the prompts and set-up your user information.

Please allow 1-3 business days for staff to review your application for completeness.  Staff will send an email with further instructions for payment or to request additional information.
